- Kettlebell Swings @ 24k(male)/16k(female)
- Kettlebell Clean @ 24k(male)/16k(female)
- Kettlebell Snatch @ 24k(male)/16k(female)
In this workout you move from each of 3 stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a 3-minute round from which a 1-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep.

“Tabata Mash-up”
20 secs work/10 secs rest, alternating between the two exercises for a total of 16 intervals, lowest rep count for any interval is the score for that exercise.
