Team Workout

Five rounds of, in teams of 2 people:

  • Movement (a) for reps. Each round is a different movement, work down the list.
  1. Power Clean @ 40k (male)/30k (female)
  2. Shoulders to Overhead @ 40k (male)/30k (female)
  3. Clean and Jerk @ 40k (male)/30k (female)
  4. Thruster @ 40k (male)/30k (female)
  5.  The Bear @ 40k (male)/30k (female)
  • Movement (b)
  1. Tyre Flip, 150 feet.

To complete one round Team Member 1 performs as many reps as possible of Movement (a) while Team Member 2 performs Movement (b). Then swap it over when Team Member 2 completes Tyre Flips.

Rest 3 minutes between rounds

Total reps to win.
