- Kettlebell Swings @ 24k(male)/16k(female)
- Burpees
20 secs work/10 secs rest, alternating between the two exercises for a total of 16 intervals, lowest rep count for any interval is the score for that exercise.

On a continuous clock, every 5 minutes on the 5 minute marker perform one round:
Five rounds, each for time:
- 21 x Power Cleans @ 40k
- 15 x Push-ups
- 9 x Push Press @ 40k
Perform each round for time on the 5 minute marker and rest for the remainder of the 5 minutes.
Rounds that go over the 5 minute marker will continue to run until the 5 rounds are complete. Record total time in this instance.

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
